Should work from customer location. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, stakeholders, and clients, to gather requirements and define project objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, to ensure successful project execution. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment & satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Report and escalate to management as needed. Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation, to ensure the integrity and functionality of PeopleSoft solutions. Drive change management initiatives, including training and adoption strategies, to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize user acceptance.
