What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive executive talent management strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify critical executive roles and establish criteria for assessing potential successors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and future talent requirements.
- Lead the succession planning process, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key executive positions.
- Design and implement succession frameworks, tools, and processes to assess and develop internal talent.
- Partner with HR and senior leaders to facilitate succession discussions and action plans.
- Develop and manage programs for identifying and nurturing next-gen executives.
- Create and implement leadership development initiatives including, but not limited to, mentoring, coaching, and rotational assignments.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design and deliver targeted development programs tailored to the unique needs of executive-level leaders.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of development programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement and manage talent assessment tools and processes to evaluate executive capabilities and potential.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the status of the executive talent pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent-related matters.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to promote talent management initiatives.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field, with a focus on executive-level roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing executive talent management programs in a technology or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of succession planning, talent assessment, and development best practices.
- Experience with talent management software and tools.
- Certification in relevant assessments or development tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI) is a plus.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
The Director, Executive Talent Management will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an end-to-end, connected executive talent management system. This role will focus on critical role and talent identification, succession planning, pipeline development, and targeted executive development programs and investments. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, proven experience in talent management, and a passion for developing next generation leaders within a complex, ever-changing, technology-driven landscape.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $212,000 - $318,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
