Adecco is assisting a great client recruiting for Assemblers in Carlsbad, Ca. These jobs are temp to hire opportunities! We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our 2nd shift team. Please apply today if you meet the below requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive manual tasks related to the assembly of cables, parts, components, printed circuit boards, and whole units.

• Prep materials for assembly processes.

• Use soldering equipment to solder printed circuit boards, wires, and cables.

• Crimp, label, and package products according to specifications.

• Use power tools to assemble units accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards.

• Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to complete tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Proficiency in using power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.

• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
