Responsibilities
Key responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Works both independently and as part of a cohesive team to deliver innovative software solutions to customers and business partners
- Analyzes business requirements and translates those requirements into tangible work tasks
- Collaborates closely with peer developers, QA testers, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner
- Architect, design, create and maintain the full stack (front end and back end) of customer-facing cloud-based applications.
- Participate in the creation of new products and prototypes from scratch
- Develop front and back end website/app architecture
- Contribute to continuous improvements of the existing product suite
- Conduct code reviews
- Ensure web products are responsive and optimized for a variety of devices such as low-end mobile phones, desktop
- Proactively identify and fix issues to improve backend service scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance
- Respond to urgent bugs in a timely manner alongside engineers
- Help foster good software engineering practices.
- Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.
- Actively participate in all aspects of the software engineering process.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience in analyzing, designing and developing using Microsoft Technologies and .Net framework
- 7+ years Full-Stack development using Angular and .Net as Frontend and Backend technologies
- Good to have experience working in other UI technologies like React, Node JS, Vue JS
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET Web APIs to build Restful APIs
- Good working experience in building applications using .Net MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- 5+ years of experience with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS resources in Azure or AWS cloud technologies
- 5+ years of solutioning and designing high available client facing production grade responsive applications.
- 5+ years of experience using Git, TFS/Azure DevOps for source control / project tracking / build management
- 5+ years of experience in Database using SQL Server
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver results in an aggressive production environment
- Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work in Scrum/Agile environment to plan and estimate the work at different levels
- Cloud Architect certification is a plus
