Essential Duties
- IT Senior Audit Manager Maintain internal audit policies and procedures. Manage the IT audit co-source partnership. With Chief Auditor Executive, prepare and approve IT audit plans. Review and maintain quarterly risk assessment updates. Provide annual plan updates, including scope changes/considerations. Maintain 2-3 years of forward-looking plans for IT areas. Validate remediated issues in accordance with the Standards. Maintain centralized inventory "issue log" from audit/continuous monitoring, including management responses/action plan and assigned due dates. Determine final decision maker for any issue(s)/risk rating disagreements with business unit. Monitor any outstanding issues and business unit remediation status. Maintain audit coverage tracking/targets. Communicate scheduled audits to business unit(s) and initial request list. Coordinate system access needs for third party firm. Schedule walkthrough meetings and status updates with business unit(s). Be knowledgeable with Information Technology functions such as information security and Cybersecurity, IT System/ Applications, Infrastructure & IT Operations, ITGC, Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery, among others. As directed by the Chief Auditor Executive, assist external auditors and regulators in the execution of their audits/examinations. Ensure overall quality, consistency, risk management and adherence to the Internal Audit Charter and Standards; identifying opportunities for audit process improvements. Manage special projects at the request of the Chief Auditor Executive. Essential Duties- IT Senior Audit Manager and Third Party Firm. Extract source data/information with appropriate attributes. Perform sampling analytics, establish sampling criteria, and select audit samples. Establish centralized process for exception/missing item communication with business unit. Assign issue and/or report ratings and management action plan (as appropriate). Draft and finalize report with recommendations. Third Party Firm Only. Develop audit program and testing approach. Perform audit reviews and aggregate exceptions/missing items. Lead status updates and create relevant materials (as needed). Perform quarterly updates to the risk assessment (e.g. quantitative/qualitative analysis). Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.
