Tasks will include: • Submit event room requests using the 25Live platform • Submit facilities and IT event related requests • Publish events to the university calendar using the Splash platform • Keeping track of departmental event request submissions through Jotform • Submit catering orders and book travel accommodations (as needed) • Other related event-related tasks (as needed)
Minimum Qualifications:	• Matriculated New School student • Must have a Federal Work-Study Award letter • Quick learner of new platforms and tools • Hours: up to 10/week Required documents: Send cover letter, resume, and a copy of your Federal Work-Study Award letter to odellia@newschool.edu \| Hourly Rate: $16 \| Work Mode: Hybrid/Split
Preferred Qualifications:	• First-Year student interested in cultivating their skillset over 4 years • Some administrative experience • Some editorial/proofreading experience • Technology savvy
