Requirements / Qualifications
Detailed valid California Credential - MUST include document title, document number, issuance and expiration date, authorization and renewal requirements. The unofficial certificate will not be accepted.

3. Detailed Credential Copy - Valid California Teaching Credential(s) with authorizing instruction in Dance/PE if issued prior to 2022 OR Multiple Subject credential with supplementary authorization in Dance/PE, including English Language Learners Authorization. Must include expiration date and authorizations. Must be print out from the CTC showing all authorizations and expiration dates.
4. Copy of transcripts - Readable copies of your BA/BS transcripts and beyond.
5. Letters of Reference - Two (2) current, dated and hand signed letters of reference from within the last 12 months. At least one letter of recommendation has to be written by a current administrator/supervisor.
