Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

What you will be doing
· Packages parts and prepares items for shipment according to applicable specifications.
· Completes necessary packaging and shipping documents in accordance with commercial and/or customer specifications as well as applicable carrier requirements and/or regulations.
· Audits receivers to actual quantities received.
· Makes inputs to terminal, prepares receivers for inspection and/or designated addressee.
· May operate a vehicle or forklift to deliver, pick-up, load and unload trucks as necessary. Performs a variety of administrative tasks such as verifying or filling out paperwork, inputting or providing data, maintaining inventory accuracy, etc., and data entry or reporting.
· Picks material from racks, trays and shelves, and prepares them for assembly, sub-assembly, spare part orders or other subsequent processes.
· Maintains accurate inventory records and traceability on inventory items.
· Compares items packed with customers 'order and other identifying data.
· Verifies quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of products and items or merchandise ready for shipment.
