About the Role:
The People Operations Coordinator will assist the People Operations Team with projects, planning, administrative tasks and file management relating to important Company initiatives and tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Front line support for Employee phone calls, directing them to the appropriate People Team support group
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to People Operations Team including Employee change and verification letters
- Provide back-up support to offer and pre-hire onboarding process
- File and maintain electronic Personnel files
- Manage Employment Law Poster service
- Assist with Team Projects
- Manage business organizational chart
- Manage mail distribution for People Operations Team
- Tracking third-party vendor information and invoicing requests
- Provide support for Recruiting functions
- Coordinate People Operations updates on the Employee Intranet Page
- Assist with pulling required documentation for internal and external audits
- Assist with coordinating company Employee Engagement tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Education
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role required
- 1+ year of general HR experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
