ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT 

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Superintendent in St. Augustine, FL.

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with project General Superintendent and Project Managers.
• Travel as needed to different jobs assigned by General Superintendent/Project Managers.
• Maintain direct contact with GC and other subcontractors, including the management of material and manpower.
• Responsible for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards on job sites.
• Communicate, schedule, and manage day to day operations to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.

Electrical Superintendent Qualifications

• 3- 5 years’ experience in a General Foreman position with an electrical contractor.
• 2 years in an Electrical Superintendent position with electrical contractor.
• Experience with commercial projects.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test.
• Must have stable work history.
• Software: MS Office
• Prefer local candidates, however, for the right candidate will consider relocation.
• Must have safety certifications (OSHA).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 

Preferred but Not Necessary

• Journeyman License or Degree
