Job Summary/Basic Function
Primary administrator and point of contact for internal survey requests, as well as helping with various analysis and reporting functions of the college. Create, monitor, and analyze Dickinson internal surveys created by the Analytics and Institutional Research Office for institutional use or requested by other offices of the college. Conduct statistical analyses of institutional data to determine significance and magnitude of results. Assist with various data requests as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Provide support for creation, deployment, analysis, and report building for surveys and focus groups of faculty, students, and staff.
Assist with data extraction and transformation, production and interpretation of reports, and data visualizations for external agencies such as federal and state agencies, College rankings guides, peer institutions, and other external constituents.
Assist with data extraction and transformation, production and interpretation of reports, and data visualizations for internal constituents (BOT, Senior staff, administrative offices, faculty, and students) on ad hoc and recurring requests for information.
Provide additional analytics on enrollment, retention, budgeting, and other purposes as needed to inform critical decision-making at the college and help develop and execute strategic models for enrollment and retention.
Assist with various other data requests and office responsibilities as assigned
Microsoft Office suite (experience with Excel is required), Qualtrics Survey Software, Statistical Analysis Software.
