Responsibilities What You'll Do Oversee and manage a Shared Services Center initially providing transaction processing for Accounts Payable, Billing, Travel Expense, Payroll & Timecard processing with future expansion into other functional areas such as human resources, information and digital technology, procurement, and supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Establish and execute long-term strategic roadmap for Shared Services, anticipate key trends, opportunities, and risks to ensure the infrastructure, systems and processes support current demands and future growth. Collaborate with the stakeholders, develop service level agreements, performance targets, and metrics, fostering a culture of proactive performance management to drive efficiencies, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables. Provide leadership and management of the Shared Service functions, to ensure continuous focus on providing increased capabilities that contribute to greater performance and effectiveness. Automate and standardize transactional processes across multiple legacy systems. Deliver high quality and better value services by leveraging continuous improvement, industry best practices and technology. Create an environment that attracts and retains high quality talent. Establish and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders and leaders. Manage to budget while delivering year-over-year cost reductions and positioning the Enterprise for growth. Implement governance practices to ensure compliance and continuity of services. Maintain strong internal controls. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in leading shared services multi-functional teams. Experienced in supporting a global federal government contracting company. Strong credentials and demonstrated success in quality and continuous improvement. Other Requirements: Ability to travel to company sites to build relationships and resolve matters, as necessary. Hybrid office schedule. U.S. Citizenship Desired Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Business Administration preferred. Skills and Technology Used: Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Possesses strategic thinking skills to synthesize scenarios and diverse perspectives to problem solving, focused on aligning projects with broader business objectives. Possesses compelling presentation skills to communicate information and ideas, with and for executive leadership. Someone who is adaptable, comfortable, and resilient in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and business needs. Experience in collaborating with executive leadership and other functions in building programs and strategies. Ability to build commitment among stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and remove barriers, particularly during significant operational transformation to achieve project success. Software: Microsoft Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Financial ERP software (i.e. IFS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Technology: Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
