Job Abstract

Under the general supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage and direct supervision of the Catering Coordinator, Picnic Attendants provide positively outrageous service to guests in the picnic areas during all Captains home games at Classic Auto Group Park. They will assist with the picnic set-up, serve guests, and cleanup at the conclusion of the event. Picnic Attendants must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and quick service for all guests
• Set up equipment and supplies in picnic and hospitality area
• Maintain the cleanliness of the picnic and hospitality area
• Ensure that the guests’ menu is properly served at the designated time
• Effectively work with other Picnic Attendants, Catering Coordinator, and Director of Food & Beverage
• Provide superior guest service
• Take pride as a Picnic Attendants - greet guests, resolve issues, answer guest questions, etc.
Knowledge and Abilities:
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to perform assigned tasks promptly and with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Must work flexible hours that include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Compensation:
• $10.45/hr plus gratuity
