Founded in 1975, Community Housing Partners (CHP) provides quality-built, responsibly managed, service-enriched homes for low-income individuals and families across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Building on a long-standing tradition of environmental, economic, and social responsibility, CHP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works with private and public partners to develop and preserve award-winning homes and neighborhoods.
