Based in Irvine, California, you'll work on exciting and engaging Highway projects and utilize your highway/roadway design expertise. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You will solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living leading functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality resource.

The base salary range for this position is $75,800 to $118,400. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations [add if remote]. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Focus)
· 3-4 years experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects.
· Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months
· Previous Department of Transportation (Caltrans), County or Municipal experience
· Strong Autocad/Civil 3d/MicroStation/Inroads and Openroads background
· Strong analytical, conceptual, organization, communication, and time management skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
· Professional Engineer (PE) license
· Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
