What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Leasing Consultant, you will spend half of your week effectively marketing your community and following up on leads, cultivating relationships with prospective residents. The other half of your time will involve providing exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences, providing sales leadership to the team, and maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property.
- Proactively engaging with sales leads, addressing prospective residents' needs, and closing deals through effective sales processes
- Enhancing community marketing by influencing online presence, contributing to advertising strategies, and driving leasing success
- Skillfully managing resident interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and leading team members in a positive work environment
- Handling lease provisions, conducting orientations, coordinating events, and contributing to property operations
- Efficiently managing leasing documents, processing payments, and communicating apartment status changes
What You’ll Need To Thrive:
- Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience
- Customer service and sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job

- College degree or coursework
Salary: $26.18 - $31.99 / Hour
The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
