What do we require from you?
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field, equivalent training and experience required
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of education
- Experience with 2 3 years of coaching to support others to develop their competencies is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with project management or the equivalent preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate about education reform and innovative preparation programs
- Excellent skills in analyzing and solving problems
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate with multiple partners and navigate varying interests
- Strong project management and team management skills
- Comfort with student achievement data, financial models, and establishing and tracking performance metrics
- Proficient with Google Suite: Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms
- Alignment with core characteristics required of every PUC employee: pursuit of excellence, innovation, community, tenacity, and authenticity
- Must be flexible and team-oriented through the hybrid work mode: in-person and online
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership of work
- Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
- Ability to reflect critically on practice and think aloud reflection process
- Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects from start to finish
- Regular attendance, dependability and, punctuality in conformance with the standards are essential to the successful performance of this position
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Occasionally required to kneel, climb, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level, lift up to 30 pounds. To bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below. Always required to wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which may include gloves, goggles, aprons, belts, etc.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is a full-time exempt, salaried position for up to 2 years
