Senior Product Analyst
Assist Travel Product Managers and management in the attainment of our short-term and long-term business goals by analyzing product performance and making recommendations for enhancements. Collaborate with cruise and tour teams to conduct market research, financial and operational analysis, and planning to aid in the creation, delivery, and implementation of product development initiatives and projects. Provide leadership on product direction and integration in multiple print and digital marketing tactics to achieve optimal financial results from multiple goal structures and travel vendors. The projects for this position will directly impact growth and retention, member satisfaction, and Club revenues.
Job Duties:
Analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative methods. Identify trends and insights that can inform product strategy and marketing.
Assist the Product Manager and Management to analyze market and product research, identify product design and enhancements, conduct financial and operational analysis, conduct pricing and usage sensitivity analysis, and monitor market research. Make appropriate recommendations based on findings from analysis and research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch processes, and conduct post introduction product monitoring.
Track program results, analyze results and develop recommendations to meet objectives. Develop forecasting models and assist management with forecasting.
Use data-drive decisions to make recommendations for product enhancements and optimizations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Consult with Marketing on development of product creative and promotional materials to align with business goals, optimizing return on investment.
Develop specialized knowledge of cruise and tour product lines and respond to specific product inquiries or develop presentations.
Work with outside travel vendors as required for specific business needs or product development; monitor product performance.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
Two years of product management, analytical, budgeting, and forecasting experience required.
Knowledge of AAA products and operations highly desired.
Requires high ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data.
Ability to think strategically.
Requires strong ability to coordinate major projects and work independently.
Requires strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organization, planning, and problem resolution skills required.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$88,300.00 - $117,700.00
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
