Essential Functions
Support meetings, taking detailed notes, and providing briefings to the government staff on outcomes of meetings. Assist with the development of strategic and operational level policy documents including strategic plans, concepts of operation, implementation plan, directives, guidance, memorandums, and other documentation. Support the development of national and stakeholder-level policy, plans, and conduct recurring training courses and technical assistance planning workshops for stakeholders, which may include federal, state, local, territorial, and tribal government partners, or private sector and non- governmental organization partners. Build curriculum and deliver draft training development plans and course content materials.may develop and deliver continuity training. Lead/create needs analysis for tasks, objectives, and audience, and develop business case studies for justification of course development/changes. Conduct focus groups for smaller groups of subject matter experts to vet course content and structure. Provide evaluation activities (includes tests, drills, and other exercises). Focus on the collection, management, and analysis of government mission resilience data at the national, federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial levels, including information contained in after action reports, evaluations, surveys, plans, grant applications, and risk assessments. Minimum Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in emergency planning, with strong governmental continuity of operations (COOP) experience. Must possess a Top Secret/ SCI security clearance. Bachelor's Degree. Intermediate level ability to use provided IT tools and document management tools to create, organize and maintain project documents. Intermediate level knowledge of standard office procedures and intermediate computer operations to include a working and functional use (preferred intermediate to advanced) of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as smartphone /text usage. Ability to effectively communicate (written and orally) with team members and local, state, and federal stakeholders. Solid written, verbal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team framework to accomplish objectives under a tight deadline. Able to remain flexible and adapt quickly to changes. Strong customer service skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
