Acts as liaison with the HR COE teams to coordinate the development of programs, systems, and processes that increase employee engagement, performance, retention, and development. Manages and coaches a team of field HRMs in support of their functional responsibilities within their assigned business areas as well as their professional development. Identify key performance indicators for the human resource functions; assesses success and market competitiveness based on these metrics and other people analytics. Furthers the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging strategy, principles, and pillars. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree; with a minimum of 7 years of relevant Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field experience. Proven history in a senior-level HR leadership role. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, provincial and local employment laws, and regulations. Proven ability to make judgment calls and sound, ethical decisions displaying a heightened level of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. Ability to assess sensitive and complex employee relations issues in a confidential, objective, and systematic manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a high-performing HR team. Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and utilizing data to inform decision-making. SHRM/ HRCI/ other HR certification is a plus. Ability to define and execute HR strategies in support of business strategies. Ability to effectively work with a diverse workforce at varying levels in the organization. Experience with fast-paced, multi-unit and geographically dispersed environments. Experience managing teams and influencing without authority. Demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity. Preferred Qualifications Strong HR leadership experience in retail, hospitality or restaurant business. 2+ years with Executive Level exposure and support. Corporate and field HR experience. Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal. Travel is required. Benefits The annual base salary range is $120,000 - $130,000 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
