This position is remote, and it is eligible for the 9/80 flex work schedule. The pay range for this position is between $99,855 – $110,950 annually.

Assist in the management and oversight of the company’s contractual agreements, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Primary Duties
Review all terms and conditions for proposed vendor agreements, government contracts, grant awards and other agreements to ensure:
terms align with agreed responsibilities and deliverables.
Agency interests are protected.
Agreements meet Agency standards and best practices.
Work with CFO to ensure all business terms in the contract accurately reflect the terms negotiated with the contracting party.
When appropriate consult with outside legal counsel to ensure Agency interests are protected and agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Be the primary liaison with government and non-government partners on all contract administration matters.
Coordinate contract-related activities including budgets, funding needs, invoicing, reporting and executive review.
In coordination with the CFO, resolve contractual business issues on behalf of user departments and project teams.
Ensure all deadlines for finalizing contracts, renewing contracts and giving notice of cancellation are met.
Maintain an intimate working knowledge of all agency contracts, primarily all provisions that relate to revenue recognition.
Work with other finance team members in the preparation of accurate, financial, and statistical reports to be used to monitor earned contract revenues and project expected contract earnings.
Work in liaison with other division and program management to provide timely and accurate financial and operational information and reports for managing and controlling operational programs within contract parameters.
Provide formal and informal training to user departments to facilitate effective use of systems and compliance with Company-wide purchasing and contracts programs and policies.
Takes lead in the successful implementation and effective utilization of the contract management technology selected by the agency.
Position Requirements
S. Degree in Business Administration with at least five years of supervisory and management experience.
5+ years of experience in taking the lead in contract negotiation and contract analysis for an organization.
5+ years of experience with government contract requirements and reimbursement method.
Experience in contract financial analysis.
A working knowledge of accounting principles.
Possess superior attention to detail in order to identify inconsistencies in contracts.
Outstanding ability to develop, document and implement systems that promote efficiency and accountability.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent computer skills, including preparation of complex spreadsheets highly desired.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge.
