We are currently seeking Inside Sales/Account Manager candidates for a large manufacturing company that is located in Los Angeles (90045). Job Responsibilities:
Handle account management from A-Z
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Manage daily activities on accounts regarding pricing, shipments, orders, and ensuring highest level of company's standard.
Prepares orders according to established standards and procedures.
Developing and maintaining product knowledge.
Quotes price and delivery to customers based on established pricing structures in order to maximize profit, while allowing for variance when appropriate.
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
Be available to work in different time zones to take care of customer's needs.
Requirements:
Must have 2-3 years' experience in similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or telemarketing.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to meet monthly sales goals.
Experience in closing, prospecting new and potential customers.
