Responsibilities:
Interact and participate in all aspects of customer relationships including order entry and reconciliation, shipping instructions and expediting, customer specific requirements, quality concerns, credit memos, and purchasing. Manages customer inquiries, including Review of inquiry for completeness, Monitoring and tracking inquiry response time, Monitoring and reporting customer feedback to management, Develop full understanding of customer requirements. Will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and will track and communicate customer feedback. Acts as a liaison between the customer and other departments. Responsible for achieving all Customer Service goals which include quality assurance scores, call metrics and availability. Understands the carton plant scheduling system and schedules orders with the plant and outside suppliers. Responsible for recognizing and becoming familiar with customer ordering patterns. Prepares and maintains various reports, files and procedures. Other duties as assigned may be required in conjunction with purchasing including but not limited to; customer interface in receiving/processing routine customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints involving stock/spec products or items which have readily identifiable uses, applications and standard prices. Qualifications
/ Requirements: High school or GED or other related field, or equivalent. 2-year college degree preferred .-5 years Corrugated Industry Customer Service experience preferred. Valid Drivers License Required. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Strong administrative writing skills and excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Exceptional time management abilities, strong analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameter of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Maintains regular and timely attendance. Must have strong problem solving capabilities and excellent attention to detail. Ability to perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percent's, and/or ratios. Strong computer skills: must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to operate standard office equipment. Type at least 30-40 wpm, 10-key ability required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
