You Are: A passionate and technically savvy program manager with an eye for detail. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have a knack for managing projects effectively. Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams and represent work to senior leadership. You are comfortable in a matrixed, international, team-oriented environment and are adept at managing priorities and alignments across different stakeholders. You are an experienced change leader, ready to lead a new wave of transformation at Synopsys.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the team to plan and track projects and drive them to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure the definition and implementation of the agreed process and work models.
Manage priorities, bandwidth, and alignments across different stakeholders.
Use creativity and graphic design skills to help craft impactful executive level presentations.
Track and report on project progress, performance, issues, and risks.
Implement corrective actions as needed.
Work with the BU’s and business functions to prioritize engagements that matter.
Provide a modest level of administrative assistance to Senior Vice President and team.

What You’ll Need:
B.S./M.S. or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience, with PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
Experience organizing and communicating information including creation of impactful presentations
Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues or internal stakeholders, and large-scale systems.
Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, and in-person collaborative skills.

Compensation and Benefits:The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $88,000-$132,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
