About Our Client
Our client is one of the nation's top Design/Build firms specializing in industrial projects. These projects include warehouses, manufacturing buildings, food & beverage facilities and self-storage facilities worth up to $50M+. They have an office local to Howard County that services clients throughout Maryland. This is a smaller, tight-knit office but will still provide you with the resources and benefits of a large company. The Maryland office is currently looking to hire a Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to take the next step and manage the full life-cycle of large scale projects.
Job Description

The Successful Applicant
at least 1 year of experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or similar
a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, engineering or similar
commercial construction experience preferred
excellent communication skills both verbal and written
