You will be joining one of Workday’s most exciting & innovative product and technology teams! With nearly 250 employees globally, Talent Development Engineering’s core mission is to improve the work day of those who are responsible for their company’s Recruiting, Learning, Talent Optimisation & Skills objectives. This Program Manager will support our growth and continued success, reporting to the Director of Business Operations and will work with many project teams, primarily in Pleasanton, but also in Atlanta, Vancouver & Dublin.

A key focus of this role is to organize and effectively communicate initiatives to our people and partners across the Pleasanton, Dublin, Atlanta & Vancouver offices.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $108,700 USD - $163,100 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $84,600 USD - $163,100 USD
