Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop Knowledge Management (KM) architecture and framework.
Develop and maintain metadata term sets to preserve metadata.
Develop and maintain SharePoint list and libraries.
Establish permissions model to support content architecture.
Migrate and consolidate old lists, libraries, and sites into new architecture.
Classify content and tag with appropriate metadata term sets.
Create and manage document templates and web forms to capture and process content.
Standardize processes for creation, approval, distribution, and archive.
Design and implement an enterprise search capability.
Assist government in developing and maintaining content management governance processes.
Assist the Government in the system administration of cloud-based Enterprise IT environments.
Create and manage solutions and applications in the SharePoint 2013/2016 and Microsoft 365 environments to maximize modern IT capabilities and to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of AF/A3 processes.
Document solutions framework.
Develop content management automation to integrate Microsoft 365 content.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements supporting AF/A3.
Develop the standard look and feel of AF/A3 Enterprise IT environments incorporating AF standards.
Required Skills and Experience
Three (3) years of current experience within the last five (5) years in managing content and automating content management solutions in support of strategic planning, operations, and training.
Three (3) years of current experience within the last five (5) years working with KM or Information Management projects or issues.
Three (3) years of current experience within the last five (5) years in best practices for content management using the latest Microsoft applications, SharePoint 2013 or newer, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 capabilities.
