Minimum Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Public Relations or closely related field from a four-year accredited college or university is required. Two years of full time paid expeience in government or private industry office administration is required. (Substitution: Two years of full time experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.) Must be able to operate a personal computer with Microsoft Office Suites.

Primary Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Meter Service Center.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Assists in training of customer service representatives on center related work functions
Coordinates with customer and business on field related appointments
Develops and manages reports and documents, recommends, updates and/or develops standard operating procedures for the service center
Assists in the development/management of all related contracts
Assists with the day-to-day scheduling of field crews, updates all required overtime logs, maintains sick and absence reports, ensures all day-to-day field crew sheets, vehicle sheets and Foreman reports are properly completed and logged, manages the daily field work reports in Sharepoint, creates, maintains and submits all meter stat reports.
Assists with inter-departmental cross training of personnel
Attends all required administrative meetings and trainings
Manages requests for all office related supplies and equipment
Acts as Manager of Meter Service Center (as needed)
Submits AVL reports for manager review
Assists with the development of departmental budget
Manages all field related work in INFOR, including the creation and completions of work orders
Acts as the administrative backup/lead to specific internal employee recruitment program (CPP Internship to Apprenticeship Program)
Attends all pre-disciplinary hearings
Completes field activities in the CPP billing system
Assists with the approval of all employee vacation request, update request logs accordingly
Requirement
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Public Relations or closely related field from a four-year accredited college or university is required.

Must be able to operate a personal computer with Microsoft Office Suites.
Preferred Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
2 years’ experience in administrative coordinating, scheduling and planning is highly preferred
Knowledge of internal office management systems including INFOR EAM, CC&B billing system, outage management/repair logs, field vehicle tracking systems
HR, payroll/timekeeping processes is preferred
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are preferred
Knowledge of productivity tools, including Sharepoint and MS Access, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is preferred
Good decision making and strategic planning skills are preferred.
