Primary Duties and Responsibilities

You should be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization, customer service and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. We are looking for a proactive and positive thinker who is able to exercise good judgment and work collaboratively with staff of all levels and across disciplines throughout the organization.

Salary Range: $89,900-$216,700 Annually

Job Qualifications

Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is a plus
Experience using EPSI, Lawson, Ascend, and/or Workfront is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising or a related field is required. MBA degree is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a similar role, including, marketing, operations, finance, or contracts administration
Candidate must demonstrate progressive advancement.
Experience in people management and other areas of business such a s finance or Human Resources.
Hands-on experience applying lean six sigma or similar project management methodology while leading teams through performance improvement exercises
Experience in developing projections, using cash & accrual base accounting, as well as managing labor & non-labor budgets
