As a Levy Staffing Manager you will be responsible for working with the operations and leadership teams to provide insight into the optimal staffing levels for Crypto.com Arena.
Salary Range: $41,000-$65,000 / year
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with staffing team to identify and create tools to boost productivity and make department more efficient
- Be the main point of contact to maintain and update various staffing tools depending on department needs
- Oversee employee check-in process by monitoring tools and providing real-time updates to operations team
- Coordinate with operations team to understand staffing levels needed for each event
- Perform trending analysis on employee call offs to determine when additional resources might be needed
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses of staffing metrics in a timely and professional manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
- Must be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts, and have the stamina to work 40/50 hours a week
- Has strong attention to detail to ensure reports are completed and information is compiled accurately
- Develops and maintains positive relationships within the staffing team and other departments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Food service operations awareness/experience is a plus
