Boeing Government Security is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager (Level K) supporting security activities and programs in El Segundo, CA including oversight of National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation of security controls
- Develops and executes projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- Develops project or operational plans aligned to department's objectives
- Implements plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
- Assigns authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan
- Reviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues
- Monitors appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan
- Provides on-going developmental feedback
- Recognizes contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce
- Develops work group, project or operational goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with Company vision/strategy
- Measures progress, making adjustments as needed
- Holds direct reports accountable for achieving goals
- Achieves goals for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
- Provides technical direction and guidance to others regarding approved processes, tools, technology and skills for own projects or processes
- Ensures work group products or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory requirements
- Provides approval of work group technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages contract security force to ensure adequate headcount to support programs and include billing
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
- 5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
- 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650

To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
