A Director of Creative Production contributes to AHF's mission by supporting the Vice President of Marketing and works directly with the marketing and communications teams along with many other AHF departments and affiliates.
Through planning, development and execution, the role will be responsible for the direction of production of all creative assets for AHF’s marketing and various other promotional efforts.
You will need to have a high level of creativity, organization, leadership, ability to incorporate constructive feedback and finely-honed design skills and be able to identify and focus on achieving key goals for the creative branding identity of the organization.
The Director oversees the daily operations of the creative team and is responsible for the quality assurance of printed and digital materials for promotion of AHF’s initiatives. This person also fosters relationships with outside vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Director oversees team schedules and project initiatives to meet departmental objectives. They develop comprehensive creative advertising concepts and multi-platform media schedules often in coordination with teams in the Marketing department. They will need a strong familiarity with industry-standard design software and trends and know how to implement them into the team workflow to further develop and grow the image of the AHF brand. The ability to thrive on tight deadlines and last-minute requests is critical to the success of this position.
