Senior Creative Project Manager
Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. Within this organization, the Creative Project Management team is responsible for the flawless running and organization of our Brand Pods and the projects within them, annual and quarterly project forecasting, resourcing, and prioritization. As a Sr. Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day aspect of our Editorial and Content creative projects, driving creative workflow and maintaining operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
Contribute to annual and quarterly forecasting for upcoming campaign priorities for your Brand Pod
Maintain oversight of project status across all channels and feed into a weekly leadership status report
Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple Editorial and Content projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners
Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners
Anticipate and mange potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions
Partner with brand management and production to drive creative approvals across legal, geos, clearance bodies and internal leadership teams
Work with media and other internal teams to consolidate asset requests and file delivery specs
Partner with production and agency teams to manage the delivery process for creative across all channels and archive final assets upon completion of project
Schedule creative reviews and other important team meetings, ensuring the right attendees are present, meetings start and finish on time and recapping and distributing detailed notes
Champion creative workflow processes and tools to ensure consistency across the Brand Pod
Work across US and International time zones. The hours are skewed to early PST mornings/later GMT evenings. This timing allows for maximum hours spent between the UK and US offices.
A project management professional with 5-7 years experience in creative project management within an advertising agency or brand side creative organization
Well versed managing global creative projects across all production and media channels and especially in the editorial and content space
Familiar with managing a large cross-functional team of stakeholders and driving alignment across all aspects of a creative project
An effective and concise communicator
Resilient and constructive when faced with change; able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Someone who thrives in maintaining organization, finding efficiencies and building, improving and simplifying processes
Experienced in working with project management software/tools (Smartsheet experience is a plus!)

The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
