Job Description ServiceNow is seeking a strategic solutions Go-to-Market (GTM) architect for Technology Workflows (Tx). This is a Solution Consulting technical leadership role. The Technology Workflows Strategic Solutions team is part of the pre-sales organization and brings technical and business consulting expertise to incubate, pilot and scale strategic solutions across the Technology Workflows portfolio in the areas of Digital Operations, Cloud Transformation, Software Innovation, Security and Risk. This is a global GTM technical leadership role that supports Tx Solution Specialists and core teams to consult customers on Technology Workflows Strategic Solutions. What you get to do: Engage with customers to architect strategic solutions Support strategic customer opportunities and capture learnings Develop and evolve reference architecture Develop and evolve solutions narratives and demos Create and deliver enablement for solution consulting teams. Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to evolve solution roadmaps Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform Primary technical and business expertise across ITSM, ITOM and SPM/APM products Workign knowledge of ITAM, SecOps and Risk products is a strong plus. Fluency in modern technologies and practices (Cloud, Microservices, DevOps, SRE, etc.) A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth Adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment with frequent “pivots” A passion evangelizing ServiceNow solutions to build brand awareness of Tx Strategic Solutions Excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
