Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department. Provides WebEx or in person product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services. Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development. Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with ACH services; performs customer setups; prepares customer contracts and maintains customer files; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority. Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide training and support to internal and external clients for on line banking, ACH and other cash management products via WebEx and in person as needed
Assist with implementation requests
Maintains proper documentation of services and processes performed as required
Escalates issues as needed to maintain deadlines and service levels
Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of various on line products and business processes
Assist with audits and compliance reports and requests as needed
Ability to work with vendors and support teams
Perform daily back office processing functions as assigned.
Performs all other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

POSITION SPECIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

Associate degree or 5 years of work experience in cash management services
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication sills
Ability to multi-task and test different applications
Self-motivated with time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong Pc skills to include word processing, spreadsheets and some system knowledge
Effectual interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work as needed
