As a Patient Services Systems Manager, you will be responsible for Salesforce development, business analysis and project management, and provide support of and guidance on the platform. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director ofOperations, you play a key role in our core technology team, manage a consultant staff and ensure that patient-facing staff of Patient Navigation andBusiness Services (PNBS) is well supported.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, you will support our patient navigation, business development and business strategy teams. You will be responsible for programmatic development, business analysis and project management, and provide support of and guidance on the platform. You will provide hands-on, consultative and project management support to optimize delivery of complex programs which require cross-functional support from analytics, technology and data teams.
Salary range: $81500.00-$192500.00 Annual
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
Master’s or Advanced Degree preferred (MHA, MBA, JD or equivalent)
2-4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
Demonstrated experience administering Salesforce and third-party applications and general knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience in Business Analysis activities such as requirements gathering
Experience using technology, particularly CRM Platforms, to fulfill business needs
Experience in Agile software development lifecycle practices or similar
Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud experience preferred
Experience working in international healthcare operations, strategy, and program development preferred.
Prior team management experience.
Thorough understanding of elements of health care delivery including strategy, business planning, operations, accreditation standards and financial conditions.
Certification as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analysis highly preferred
Demonstrated experience with Qualtrics preferred or similar survey tool
Demonstrated experience with Tableau preferred, or similar data visualization tools
Proficient experience with SQL and/or other relational database management systems, including ability to query large datasets, clean and transform data and understand data relationship preferred.
