Job Abstract

In this high-levelanalyst role, you will manage the development and distribution of analytics for the PrimaryCare and Behavioral Health Network, enabling enhanced performance across theenterprise. Working autonomously toassess, design, and implement critical dashboards, you will support business and clinical needs through strong communication skills and superiortechnical build and development expertise.

You will also serve in a projectmanagement capacity for the Primary Care Network leadership team. This person will help support theMedical Directors, Clinical Directors, Managers, and Lead physicians with avariety of different projects and activities, with a significant focus onidentifying areas of improvement. You will work closely with the Clinical Director of the Primary CareNetwork and Behavioral Health Associates and be an integral part of the team.

Salary range: $76900.00-$150900.00 Annual

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis and presentation
• Demonstrated skill (intermediate to advanced level) in the use of personal computers and software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Office applications, database management, and analysis
• Preferred 3 years experience producing reporting and data visualizations in addition to supporting analytical and ad-hoc analysis with Tableau or other Business Intelligence platform.
• Organizational skills in priority setting, following through on assigned tasks, and adhering to deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with and enhance communication and collaboration with staff, colleagues, administrative personnel
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable, particularly in support of an ambulatory environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate up, down and across levels of the organization
• Skill in working with complex organizations to comply with regulatory requirements
• Ability to function effectively in an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, other healthcare personnel and administrative staff
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with high attention to detail
• Ability to define goals in an objective and measurable fashion
• Demonstrated ability in diplomacy, discretion, tact and sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate methods and systems to improve efficiency

• Strong project management skills with the proven ability to deliver agreed objectives with timeframes, including experience in project outcome reporting utilizing industry standards
• Experience in leading, facilitating, and implementing new programs and/or projects
