You will provide high-level administrative and operational supportto the Associate Dean and Administrative Director of the CCPD.
As our Executive Assistant, you will perform and oversee special projects or assignments that are highly sensitive orcomplex, requiring a high level of independence and initiative in execution andimplementation. You will handle details and oversee work of a highly confidential andcritical nature to support the executive on matters of significance. Additionally, you will manage complex calendaring and travel, provide day-to-dayoperational support as assigned, compose, edit, and coordinate communicationand pertinent data for internal and external stakeholders, foster andmaintain a collaborative relationship between CCPD, Dean’s Office, vendors,and internal customers, and support courses and projects as directed.
Salary Range 22.03-43.68 Hourly
Job Qualifications

BA/BS with a major in a related field strongly preferred
Eight years of experience in executive administrative assistance and administrative analysis required.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and basic accounting principles knowledge.
Documentation, research and resolution, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
Team player with a strong desire to learn new skills.
Ability to give clear directives and use independent, rational judgment to make optimal decisions.
Excellent experience with MS O365 applications, desktop, and web-based.
Ability to effectively work with guests, donors, government officials, and university VIPs with decorum.
Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, including political acumen and social perceptiveness, with demonstrated ability to influence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse populations with competing priorities.
Highly developed judgment, decision-making, and problem recognition/ avoidance/resolution skills, including skill in determining those issues/problems that need to be brought to management's attention.
Must be accustomed to, or willing to maintain, a flexible, irregular work schedule, including nights, weekends, hotel stays, and out-of-town travel.
Ability to establish and foster positive relationships with team members, clients, learners, faculty, vendors, and other stakeholders with various communication styles.
Highly able to work in a transparent hybrid work model, maintain productivity, produce high-quality outcomes, and maintain a professional environment.
Exceptional and demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, results-oriented, and ability to work through projects independently.
