Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) is seeking a Director of Marketing & Creative Services to play a critical role in the development and oversight of Hudson Pacific Properties' diverse B2B marketing activities. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, this leader will play a critical role in creating, implementing, managing, and leading the creation of marketing assets, campaigns, and strategies from concept to completion across the Hudson Pacific portfolio of assets and brands.
What You'll Do
Help manage the day-to-day creative services function provided by the marketing team.
Develop project-specific marketing plans, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in support of marketing initiatives.
Manage vendor and agency processes and relationships from RFPs to the selection process to contracting to project management and final delivery.
Ensure traditional and digital marketing campaigns and deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
Ensure deliverables maintain consistent quality, messaging, tone of voice, design, and brand standards for Hudson Pacific and it's subsidiary and property brands.
Oversee the organization of an extensive asset library (brand guides, videos/photos, logos, presentations, and more).
Help manage the development and design of proposals and presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with a variety of internal business leaders, applying marketing best practices in order to achieve their business goals.
Coach, mentor, and develop graphic designers/direct reports.
Collaborate with the communications team on a variety of items, including social media content.
Support department’s ongoing efforts to build systems, templates, and processes.
Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
7+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and project management, real estate experience a plus.
Track record of successfully executing high-quality, innovative marketing collateral.
Expertise in selecting, managing, and contracting third-party vendors.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, video production, social media, etc..
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superb design aesthetic.
Team player with an excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Experience managing and developing talent.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Publisher is required.
Polished professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
