The Network Infrastructure Support will primarily support and maintain IPTV/digital signage, content programming, but also provide network infrastructure support. This individual is a highly motivated technology professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about new technologies and keeping up with them.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform IPTV, Digital Signage and A/V upkeep, maintenance, and administration.
- Perform necessary primary system, DMP and associated device software updates.
- Assist with the development and documentation of procedures related to network infrastructure.
- Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure hardware and software, including switching and wireless infrastructure.
- Provide guidance with in-depth troubleshooting across the overall system inclusive of the head-end and network to identify issues affecting operations.
- Coordinate IPTV, Digital Signage and A/V additions and installations. Ensure a high standard of installation, cable management and serviceability.
- Contribute to the development and fulfillment of displayed content.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs existing IPTV and A/V installed systems using specialized manufacturer’s software.
- Responds quickly to any outages and restores functionality quickly to minimize downtime and impact.
- Ability to work well under pressure and possess good communication and time management skills.
- Provide training, education and support of various departments related to conference room A/V and other infrastructure components.
- Coordinates with Concessionaire staff to ensure proper training of concessions staff and remedy hardware issues.
- Coordinates with Marketing, Fan Services and Game Day operations staff for proper game day IPTV content programming.
- Works closely with IT teams to ensure all requests are met and events run to specifications and smoothly.
- Provide exceptional service to maintain positive relationships with third-party technology partners and Los Angeles Dodgers staff.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS in related field.
- At least one year of experience troubleshooting and supporting tech hardware and software in a professional position.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug hardware and software applications.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to communicate with front office employees, vendors, and guests conduct themselves accordingly.
- The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work well in a face paced and team environment.
- Ability to achieve planned objectives through completing relevant tasks and focus.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to help others develop their skills and abilities.
- Must be detail-orientated, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, along with excellent oral and written skills.
- Must have flexible schedule to support internal and external events.
- Experience with Triple Play, PingHD, Crestron and Extron solutions.
- Working knowledge of Cisco network devices. Strong knowledge of Ethernet cabling.
- Experience with monitoring solutions including Solarwinds and Forescout.
- Experience working at sports & entertainment venues or theme parks preferred.
