As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lynwood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and strong customer service skills. This position involves driving responsibilities, allowing you to cover multiple areas and respond promptly to situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Work closely with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters and support a secure environment.
• Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises as required by site procedures.
• Remain alert to changing conditions and communicate observations promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines for unarmed patrol posts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
