Job Title: Air Import Agent

Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 :00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000-65,000 yearly

Job Summary

The Air Import Agent is responsible for reviewing and processing import transactions, including all related activities across multiple accounts. This role ensures timely coordination of shipments and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all aspects of air import operations, including documentation preparation, data entry, tracing, costing, dispatching, and delivery arrangements.

- Track and trace all international import cargo and update shipment milestones in CargoWise.

- Communicate daily with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, sales representatives, and overseas offices.

- Follow customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Respond to internal and external emails and requests in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in international import operations.

- CargoWise experience preferred.
