Job Description

We are looking for a talented designer capable of researching, analyzing and then helping create the strategic vision for a wide variety of project types in the built environment. Candidates must have strong research, analytical, and conceptual skills plus the ability to document them or communicate them graphically.

Role accountabilities:

Researches and understands market conditions
Helps create brand, experience strategy, and vision for world-class projects
Strategizes to appeal to market demographics
Works closely with senior staff supporting design and environments

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, environmental design, advertising, or related field
Entry – 4 years of Brand and/or related experience
Experience in brand strategy development, research and analysis, advertising, graphic design
Experience in the built environment is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong conceptual abilities
Excellent writing skills
Good graphic capabilities
Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,) MS Office (PPT, Teams)
