Requirements / Qualifications
The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking a Coordinator of Student Achievement. The Coordinator of Student Achievement shall be under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent or Director of Student Achievement, and shall assist the department with the leadership and administration of District programs. Areas of focus will be Career Technical Education (CTE) and Visual & Performing Arts (VAPA), and related projects and activities. REQUIREMENTS
-A master’s degree, supplemented by advanced coursework or training in school administrative services.
-Possession of an appropriate California Administrative Services Credential authorizing service for preschool through twelfth grades.
-At least four years of credentialed experience (teaching, counseling, administration, etc.) in preschool through twelfth grade. Experience in coordination, supervision, and/or administration.
-A valid California administrative credential (or credentials) covering kindergarten through twelfth grade.
-possession of a valid California Driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record, and qualify for insurability.
PREFERENCES
-Site administrative experience
-Secondary school experience
-Experience coordinating complex programs and budgets
-Experience in CTE and/or VAPA
-Experience in college & career preparation
