We’re looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As a Requirements Analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge applications, systems or products. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers and leading user experience specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to users and clients.

You Have:
6+ years of experience with developing requirements, performing system analysis, and system implementation
Experience with developing user stories and epics, including creating mockups
Experience analyzing requirements for IT products, systems and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
Experience working with a team of architects, developers, and content strategists to identify client’s business needs, gather requirements, and develop user stories
Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity as part of a cohesive team
?Ability to display executive presence and deep engagement with customers and decision makers
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience implementing project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plan
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and cloud products and services
Ability to create and manage requirements to support agile development principles and processes
Ability to independently and successfully motivate, inspire, and lead cross group and functional teams
Ability to display situational awareness
Possession of excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
