This position reports to the Director of Knife Aid and works closely with ZWILLING sales and marketing teams. The Digital Sales & Marketing Manager manages several specialized agencies involved in the success of Knife Aid.
Responsible for the Knife Aid Ecommerce business, growing revenue and subscriptions.
Manage and implement the digital marketing strategy and lead tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence.
Coordinate the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.
Work with external agencies to create effective paid advertisement campaigns geared towards boosting conversion, and awareness.
Partner with the ZWILLING Social & PR teams to foster organic growth.
Work with external agencies on customer relationship management (CRM), email and mobile marketing, to optimize campaign delivery and performance.
Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website.
Manage all aspects of design, development, and optimization of site experience, when necessary, with use of external agencies.
Partner with the ZWILLING Ecommerce team to grow revenue through zwilling.com.
Support senior leadership on projects related to B2B sales.
Track KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, and annually and prepare a monthly report for Senior Management /Board providing insights and outlook.
Review online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.
Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Ecommerce.
Must be able to show solid accomplishment in driving Ecommerce growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Operational skills to conceptualize and execute complex projects.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Affinity for copywriting a plus
Ability to interact with all levels of management, as well as retailers and consumers.
Working knowledge and experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ad manager, Google Analytics, Excel
Salary Range: $90,000.00- $110,000.00 Base Salary Range
