About the Role: As a Channel Sales Program Lead you will be a catalyst for growth and innovation. The driving force behind our distributor-centric growth strategies. Your mission is to create and execute collaborative programs with our Marketing and Field Sales teams, ensuring the health and prosperity of our distributors (franchisees). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and execution of District Sales Meetings and Diagnostic Seminars, as well as annual product selection and forecast planning.
- Manage cross-functional efforts to strengthen promotional platforms and lead other sales projects to support the field sales team.
- Develop and execute programs to drive business growth, monitor and report results.
- Partner with marketing and purchasing to take VOC and convert to actionable countermeasures.
- Assist other departments and manage the development of training modules.
- Manage field sales consignment accounts and build tools to facilitate meetings and order placement.
- A wealth of experience: 8-10 years of combined outside Sales and/or Sales Program management experience.
- Strategic thinking: 3+ years of experience managing strategic sales projects.
- Marketing know-how: Marketing experience to help us reach our target audience.
- Project management skills: 3+ years of managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Educational background: A Bachelor’s Degree to support your knowledge and expertise.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing situations and think on your feet..
- Leadership: The ability to lead and inspire others to achieve common goals.
- Tech-savvy: Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
