Job Summary
LESD is looking to hire an Executive Assistant II - Human Resources at the District Office. This is a full-time (8hrs/day) Confidential position with Management-level health/welfare benefits including free single medical coverage, free family dental and vision coverage, and Life insurance and income protection. Requirements / Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined above is through graduation from high school or its equivalent, supplemented by college-level course work in personnel management; five years of increasingly responsible human resources experience, including familiarity with recruiting practices, workers compensation, and contract negotiations; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

* 5-minute typing certificate indicating 50 wpm or higher (net) dated within the last 12 months. Internet typing certificates will be accepted.

Test Requirements:
All applicants (including internal) must take, and pass the Executive Assistant (2024) comprehensive test with at least 70% accuracy.
