The Senior Business Intelligence Developer’s primary responsibility is the independent design and development of business intelligence solutions from the data warehouse and operational systems. Responsibilities include supervising, design, development, security and performance of the data warehouse and related decision support systems including but not limited to Microsoft SQL Server, WhereScape RED, SSIS, and Tableau.

Architectural and technical support of BI Developers
Data warehouse design in a Microsoft SQL environment
Design, develop and implement ETL solutions in WhereScape RED and SSIS
Develop historical fact, dimension, and aggregate tables
Create, performance tune, and optimize stored procedures and views for Tableau data source and user consumption
Integration between internal and external systems and data sources
Assist end users with accessing data and building queries
Gather functional requirements for dashboard development
Design and build reusable, published Tableau data sources; update existing data sources to accommodate additional reporting needs
Validate reporting data against the data warehouse and source systems
Skills to Help You Succeed:
4+ years building business intelligence and data warehousing solutions required
3+ years of experience in database and Tableau development preferred
Relational and dimensional data warehouse design skill required
Microsoft SQL SSIS, stored procedure development required
Experience with WhereScape RED preferred
Knowledge of .NET Framework and Python preferred
Casino experience preferred
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Analytics, related discipline, or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission and for the Pennsylvania Gaming Commission for the position.
