Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
- Provides input to improve department operations, equipment and supply needs.
- Demonstrates a positive influence and recognizes the efforts of others.
- Demonstrate the ability to assess patients, develop an appropriate care plan.
- Performs patient/family education and documents in the clinical map.
- Reviews the medical chart and assess patient’s medical status prior to initiation.
- Able to appropriately choose and instruct patients in adaptive equipment.
- Produces documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy.
- Be at work and be on time.
- Follow company policies, procedures and directives.
- Interact in a positive and constructive manner.
- Prioritize and multitask.
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Work Experience:
- At least 1 years of Inpatient Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Current BCLS-C Certification
- Current California License
